Controller and contact
Antonio Ruiz Murcia is responsible for handling enquiries sent to [email protected]. This information covers the landing page and El Capricho virtual experience.
When you contact us
We receive your email address, the name displayed in your message and the content you choose to send. These are used to answer your enquiry and follow up on related correspondence, based on a legitimate interest in responding to people who voluntarily contact the project. They are not used to subscribe you to advertising. Messages are retained as long as necessary to handle and follow up on the enquiry and, where applicable, for periods required to address legal responsibilities.
Browsing and local storage
The current version does not include visitor analytics or advertising cookies. It does not require a user account or request your location. The application may save your language choice in your browser and cache files to work as a PWA and support offline use. You can remove these through your browser’s site-data settings.
Services used
The website is hosted by DigitalOcean, whose infrastructure may process technical connection data, such as IP addresses, to deliver and protect the site. Email is handled through Gmail (Google). These providers may process data outside the European Economic Area under their applicable terms and safeguards. See the DigitalOcean privacy policy and Google privacy policy. External websites have their own policies.
Your rights
You may request access, correction, erasure, objection, restriction and, where applicable, portability by writing to [email protected]. You may also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency. The project does not carry out automated decision-making or advertising profiling.
